Devi’s practice focuses on representing end users in the negotiation of derivatives trading agreements and financing arrangements as well as counseling clients on managing their trading operations.

Prior to joining Koya Law Andrew spent 15 years at Deutsche Bank in New York.

Prior to joining Koya Law, Martie was an associate at K&L Gates in New York, where she represented clients in securitizations.
