Tom’s focus is representing end users in connection with derivatives transactions and financing arrangements. He advises clients on the negotiation of trading documentation and the legal and operational considerations involved in their trading activities. Tom works with clients to structure their arrangements to support their trading and financing needs, with an emphasis on business objectives and day-to-day operations.

Tom has experience with a broad range of capital markets agreements, including OTC derivatives, master confirmation, futures and options, prime brokerage, term commitment, securities lending, custody, repurchase and treasury clearing agreements.
